11 years ago two friends with a passion for food created a small at home catering business out of their apartment kitchen called Andhra Vanta, now that has transformed into Biryani Bowl, a professional kitchen located in the heart of Redmond, Washington. With the constant rush of working and the need for quick-easy food, it has been increasingly to find authentic and fresh food. The co-founders hope to change that by providing Home Style Indian food to the local community.
